"Dixie College Song" features a band arrangement prepared by Earl J. Bleak. The words were written by Arthur K. Hafen, the music a combination of two band marches: "The Spirit of U.S.A" and "The Jolly Cobbler." The piano arrangement was written by Evelyn Thurston Cornwall.
