Andrew Gregerson purchased 33 water shares while living in the town of Bellevue. River shares were for the South Ash Creek, or Ash Creek south by Black Ridge. Signed by Selectmen of the Water Commission of the town of Toquerville (formerly located in Kanabe County--portion was later given to Washington County): George Spilsbury, Nephi Johson, and Lemuel H. Redd.
