Administratrix Deed for Merle A. Gregerson Schettler, filed in the Third District Court, Salt Lake County. Deed quit-claim transfers the property, in consideration for $1, to Gene Gregerson. Property legal description: "the West half (W 1/2) of Lot 1, Block 12, Plat A, St. George City Survey, as platted on the official map of said survey, now of record in the office of the Recorder of Washington County, Utah, together with all improvements thereon
and water rights belonging."
